We came here on our last day in Brighton the staff there were super friendly. The good is great quality they have a few vegan and vegetarian burgers to choose from. The Cherry bomb cocktails were my favourite they also do a pickle back.

Good food, great staff and great atmosphere. I was expecting a little more from the milkshake for the price I paid as half of mine was just foam and tasted like chocolate milk. However the burger made up for it in spades most fantastic thing I’ve eaten this year! If you want a mind blowing burger think Patty and Bun!
I frequent P&B when I'm in Brighton and I can never fault it, the food is always amazing and the service is great too. It can be busy at points, but it's admittedly the best burger place I've been to. I had the special today, but normally I would go with the Smokey Robinson - an absolute classic and perfect burger. My friend had the vegan one and was absolutely in love with it, a very convincing and tantalising vegan Smokey Robinson! We had the vegan chicken wings too, which genuinely I cannot fault. Always will be a returning customer!
Always love me some P&B burgers! I love that they have different special menu each month, although Smokey Robinson is a comfort menu for me :) They also have the best deals for students! The staffs are very friendly too. Definitely recommended.
The rustic vibe is very new to me, and maybe nit totally my thing but we got reccomended this place from my dates friend. They catered to Vegans and meat eaters, which was AMAZING! They gave some amazing options. We were served everything promptly and had a really nice time!
Great place, fab music, good vibe. Burgers are good, very good (if a bit wet for the buns used), but not to the point I wouldn't go again. My only gripe is that any burger bar should give fries with as standard, not an optional extra, regardless of how good the fries are. Nearly 70 quid for 3 of us, and im the only one who had a beer (wife had tap water). I did have a side instead of fries, so even for a city centre small business, this is a pricey meal, and however good it may be its still a burger. That being said, loved the vibe, staff were great and I'd still recommend this place over 5 guys etc and they clearly care about what they do.
